Mibboo is a product of AOGEN PTY LTD (ABN 33 686 852 871, ACN 686 852 871). In this policy, “Mibboo”, “we” and “us” refer to AOGEN PTY LTD.
This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies across:
- our website (
mibboo.com); - our application (
app.mibboo.com); - employer career and application pages hosted on Mibboo subdomains (
*.mibboo.com).
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognise your device, remember your preferences and keep you signed in.
We also use two related technologies:
- Local storage — data stored in your browser that is not sent to a server with every request. We use it to save an in-progress application so you do not lose your answers.
- Session storage — the same, but cleared when you close the tab.
Where this policy refers to “cookies”, it includes these technologies.
3. Our approach
We keep this simple:
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use third-party tracking pixels for advertising or profiling.
- We do not place non-essential cookies on candidate application pages.
The cookies we do use are needed to keep the Service working and secure, or — where analytics are enabled — to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
4. Cookies we use
4.1 Strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off. Without them, the Service will not function.

Cloudflare cookies are set as part of protecting our infrastructure and the forms our customers publish. Cloudflare acts as our service provider.

The application draft is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to us until you submit the form.
4.3 Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies.
If analytics are introduced, this section will be updated to identify the provider, the cookies used and their duration, and — where required — consent will be requested before they are set.
5. Cookies on employer subdomains
When you visit a page such as company.mibboo.com to view or complete an application, you are on infrastructure operated by AOGEN PTY LTD on behalf of that employer.
On those pages we use only:
- security cookies set by Cloudflare and Turnstile;
- local storage to save your in-progress application.
We do not place analytics or advertising cookies on application pages.
Employers cannot add their own tracking scripts to Mibboo-hosted application pages.
6. Managing cookies
6.1 Consent
Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled through this control.
6.2 Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies:
- Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies
- Safari — Settings › Privacy
- Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in to the application. Blocking cookies on an application page may prevent you from submitting a form, because the security check will fail.
6.3 Clearing a saved draft
To remove a saved application draft, clear your browser’s site data for the relevant *.mibboo.com address, or submit the form — the draft is cleared on submission.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use or to legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
