Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. The new limits apply on your next billing cycle, and unused Free-plan forms simply roll into the paid plan you pick.
Is there a free trial for the Starter plan?
Starter includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly Starter charges are non-refundable once a cycle has begun. If something goes wrong with billing, contact support and we will sort it out.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We will let you know before you hit a cap. You can upgrade in place, or wait until the next month on Free. We do not delete applicants when you reach a limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your workspace with one click. You keep access until the end of the current period, and the Free plan remains available afterward.
Is candidate data secure?
Applications stay in your organisation’s region. Access is scoped to your workspace, and Enterprise adds SSO plus tighter compliance controls.
Can I use Mibboo for multiple roles?
Yes. Each role gets its own form and applicant inbox. Free includes one form a month; Starter and Enterprise scale with your hiring volume.
Do you offer annual billing?
Starter is billed monthly today. If you want annual invoicing or a volume agreement, the Enterprise plan is the right conversation.
