Free is for trying one open role with 100 monthly AI credits. Starter supports occasional hiring with 2 open roles, 2 seats, and 300 credits. Team is for company hiring with 10 open roles, 5 seats, 1,500 credits, exports, advanced evidence, and a careers page without the Mibboo badge.

Starter includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

An open role is a published application currently visible on your careers page. Drafts do not count. Closing or expiring a role removes it from the page and frees that plan slot.

Applications keep arriving and existing data is not deleted. AI generation and new candidate scores pause when the shared credit balance reaches zero. You can add an AI credit pack or move to a larger plan when billing is available; otherwise included credits refresh at the next monthly reset.

AI credits are one transparent balance for every model-powered action. In a live sample on our current model, generating an eight-question role form used 5 credits and scoring one application used 1. That makes 100 credits roughly 20 similar form generations, 100 similar candidate scores, or one form plus about 95 scores. Extra role chat, longer context, and revisions use the same balance and can change the result; the dashboard shows the exact charge after every action.

Applications stay scoped to the employer workspace. Candidate identity data is encrypted separately, and workspace permissions control who can view, export, or manage it.

Yes. Each published role appears on the same careers page and has its own application and inbox. Your plan limits how many roles can be open at the same time, not how many drafts you can prepare.

Starter and Team are designed for monthly self-serve billing. Annual invoicing and negotiated volume limits belong to Enterprise; contact us to discuss procurement requirements.
